Summary
The Adventures of Pete & Petecast have, for the most part, continued to act while also balancing burgeoning careers in other fields. Often ranked amongthe best TV shows Nickelodeon has ever produced,The Adventures of Pete & Peteis a classic ’90s sitcom that developed from 30-second and one-minute interstitials between episodes of other shows. The series ran with these small segments starting in 1989. Then, in November 1993, after five half-hour specials aired between 1991 and 1993, the first episode ofThe Adventures of Pete & Peteseason 1 aired.
The show ran for three seasons, following Big Pete Wrigley (Michael Maronna) and his little brother, Little Pete Wrigley (Danny Tamberelli), as they got up to surreal and hilarious adventures in their neighborhood, alongside a cast of equally oddball friends and family. It’s one of thoseNickelodeon sitcoms that’s easy to forget about, considering all the other great shows that came out around the same time. The cast was particularly enjoyable to watch and many of them have continued acting, with at least one becoming a notable star.
