The video features the red light above the elevator blinking in a distinct pattern, and it didn’t take users long to figure that it’s blinking in Morse code. According to these social media sleuths, the Morse code confirms a trailer for season 2 is arriving tomorrow, July 10.

Lumon Industries Remains A Mysterious Place

While theSeveranceseason 1 finalefinally provides some answers to viewers, it also raises a number of new questions. Much of Lumon and exactly what goes on there remains completely unknown, including exactly what the Testing Floor is. So far, the show hasn’t actually revealed what’s down there, only revealing the dark hallway and elevator that lead to it. The hall is distinct because,in contrast to Lumon’s other hallways, it’s very dark, with the red elevator down arrow presented as being particularly foreboding.

7 Burning Questions Severance Season 2 Needs To Answer

With many questions lingering since Severance ended, anticipation builds for season 2 to answer some of the series' most burning questions.

The only character seen going down there so far is Ms. Casey (Dichen Lachman). After she tells Mark that she’s “retiring,” she is escorted to the dark Testing Floor elevator by Milchick (Tramell Tillman).
