As BOOM! Studios prepares to end its mainlinePower Rangersseries, the publisher is making sure its readers are well-fed with content before then. Fans were quick to mourn last April when it was first announced that BOOM! wasready to concludeMighty Morphin Power Rangersonce its year-long “Darkest Hour” storyline was over.

First, though, BOOM! Studios has unveiled four limited edition variant covers forMighty Morphin Power Rangers#122, all of which are penned by Goñi Montes, seen directly below.Each of Montes' art covers will be available for attendees to purchase at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con. The 122nd issue ofMMPRwill serve as thefinal issue of the mainline series, before theMighty Morphin Power Rangers: Darkest Hour#1 one-shot marks the final issue of the comic book franchise.

BOOM! announced that Montes' variant covers will be among thePower Rangersitems that will be available for purchase at Comic-Con International: San Diego 2024 (Booth #2229) from July 24-28 at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, CA.For $25, SDCC attendees can purchase theMighty Morphin Power Rangers#122 blind bag that features one of four limited edition exclusive Goñi Montes Helmet Variants.Three of the four covers are limited to just 150 copies, with the fourth cover being the ultra-rare Green/White Ranger design at just 50 copies total.

Meanwhile, it is also worth noting that Amy Jo Johnson - the actor who portrayed the original Pink Power Ranger, and a co-writer on the recently releasedMighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Returnalternate universeRangersseries- will be offering weekend signings at the BOOM! Studios SDCC booth. The publisher will be selling a full foil version of Jenny Frison’s 1:50 incentive cover forMighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Returnfor $60. These will be limited to 300 copies and will be signed by Amy Jo Johnson.

Power Rangers Fans Won’t Be Left Hanging
