The actor’s version of Magneto was complex and compelling, which has led to fans asking for Fassbender to return as Magneto now that theMCU’s X-Men movieis starting to form. Speaking withCollider,Michael Fassbender revealed he is a fan of Deadpool and Wolverine, commenting on whether he could play Magneto again. Fassbender revealed that Ryan Reynolds' Deadpool is probably his “favorite” Marvel character. About returning as Magneto infuture MCU movies, Fassbender thinks it really is about time, as he wants to be available to his family and is focused right now on his upcoming spy series,The Agency. The actor’s new series,The Agency, is based on a French TV show that went on for five seasons. As such, the same could be repeated for Fassbender’s spy series. Sincethe MCU’s X-Men movie is three years away at the earliest, it is possible that Fassbender’sThe Agencywill be nearing its end or will end just as the X-Men reboot comes out.
