While Meta AI is not the most well-rounded AI tool, there is one specific use for it on Instagram that helps me find more content to enjoy: asking Meta AI for posts and accounts about topics I love.
Finding Enjoyable Instagram Content Is Difficult
Lately, it has gotten more difficult to find content you want to see on Instagram. There are more ads taking up space on your home feed than ever. The test ofunskippable Instagram ads may even make you want to quit using the platform. Digging through them to get to your friends’ posts or fun Reels is time-consuming. And the Explore Page is equally frustrating sometimes.
I find that my Explore Page shows me content I’ve already seen or even content I’ve already liked. But Meta AI can help you get to the content you want to see more easily.
How to Ask Meta AI to Find Fun Content For You
I have found two main ways to find quality fun content on Instagram using Meta AI. There are obviously tons of ways to interact with Meta AI, but these work the most reliably for me.
1. Ask Meta AI For Creators or Accounts
You can ask Meta AI to list accounts that post certain types of content, so you can follow them and add that content to your home feed. For example, I have a pet corgi, so I asked Meta AI to suggest some popular corgi accounts.
Meta AI will list accounts to help you explore the platform. Depending on your search, it may even provide information about the type of content that the account posts.
2. Ask Meta AI for Reels
Meta AI notably won’t suggest static photo posts for some reason, but it is happy to show you tons of Reels. This allows you to tap a Reel to get right into what you want to see. Using my previous example, I asked Meta AI for Reels of corgis.
I could click these Reels within the message to visit them, making it an easy way to browse. I would definitely recommend that you try Meta AI, even if you don’t think you will like it. you’re able to alwaysmute Meta AIafter you try it if it doesn’t work out.
Meta AI can connect you with online communities on Instagram that you will enjoy seeing and becoming part of. It is a great tool for widening your Instagram use beyond just seeing friends’ photos.
