How Many Children Jonathan Jacob Meijer Has Admitted To Having
The Number Is Difficult To Accurately Assess
As seen in the final entry of the documentary series, Meijer eventually admitted to having more than 550 children through his sperm donations (viaForbes). However, the estimates which were calculated by the number of donations and the various clinics which Meijer visitedplace the number much, much higher in the range of thousands. While the documentary speculated he had a detailed list of his donations, there is no evidence such a list exists.
While speculative figures can be calculated by assessing Meijer’s various deposits, the clinics he visited globally, and the individuals who have come forward, or joined the group which is a gathering place for those who received a donation from him, it’sdifficult to compile all the data into an exact figure. Meijer spent time in countless different clinics, with their own systems for tracking and recording details over many years. The level of detail about both the donors and the specific successful inseminations of those samples vary drastically from location to location.
