For those who want to do this I recommend using “ADB App Control” from the play store. I have no financial interest in this app at all. For a modest fee (I think it was maybe 10 dollars or less??? Can’t remember) you get a GUI interface that works wirelessly, or with a cable connected to your Windows laptop. It works GREAT! I use it on all my Android phones/tablets to clean them up! Been using it for a few years now! Again highly recommended and worth every penny!
