Here’s what you need to do after launching Waze on your phone:
If you selectEarly and Time to leave, you’ll get a notification an hour and a half before you need to leave, then again 10 minutes before it’s time to go. However, if you selectTime to leave, you’ll only be notified once 10 minutes before you need to be on your way.

Now, whenever you receive an email in your Gmail account that contains a date, time, and address, that event or appointment will be added to your default Calendar app, which will then be used by Waze to remind you that you’ll soon need to leave.
