How to Schedule Websites to Open at Specified Times in Chrome, Firefox, and Edge
Most users bookmark their favorite websites in Chrome, Edge, or Firefox. However, those browsers don’t have any built-in settings that enable you to schedule your favorite websites to open at specific times. Such a feature would be useful for scheduling the sites, web apps, and search engines you regularly read or utilize to open automatically at pre-set times.
However, at least you may add such a feature to Chrome, Edge, and Firefox with the Auto Pager Opener and WebScheduler extensions. Here’s how you can schedule websites to open at specified times with those extensions and Task Manager in Windows.

How to Schedule Websites to Open With Auto Page Opener
Auto Page Opener is a Chrome extension with which you may set website pages to open at specific times and days of the week repeatedly. Or you can set a web page to open once at a specified date. You can add install Auto Page Opener from the Google Chrome page linked at the end of this section.
You can also add that extension to Edge from the extension’s Chrome Store page with the Allow extensions from other storessetting turned on in that browser. To select that option in Edge, click that browser’sSettings(ellipses) menu button and extensions. Then click theAllow extensions from other settingsoption within theExtensionstab.

After installing Auto Page Opener, click that extension’s button to open it. In Chrome and Firefox, you’ll need to click theExtensionsbutton on the toolbar to view add-ons. Then selectAuto Pager Openeron that menu. To view the fullAuto Pager Openertab, clickOptionsat the bottom of the extension’s box.
Now you can schedule website pages to open within theAuto Pager Openertab. Click theAdd Scheduled Page Openingoption to set up a page. Input a website address with the URL box. Then clickTimeto open to select a clock time.

TheRepeatoption is selected by default. By default, the page will also be set to open on all days of the week at the time you’ve set. To change that, you’ll need to click the days of the week to deselect them.
Alternatively, clickRepeatto turn off that option. Then you can select a single date for the website page to open at the time you’ve set by clicking on the calendar.

There’s no limit to how many website pages you can schedule to open. All the pages will automatically open at the times you’ve set for them. If you selectedRepeat, they’ll open every week on the days and times set.

How to Schedule Websites to Open With WebScheduler
WebScheduler is a similar extension that’s also available for Firefox, Chrome, and Edge. However, this extension also triggers an alarm sound when scheduled webpages open. To find and install this browser extension, check out the download links below.
After installing the extension, open a webpage in your browser to schedule. Then click theWeb Schedulerbutton within your browser’sExtensionsmenu or toolbar. Clicking that button will open WebSceduler with the URL boxes filled out for the page you’ve opened to schedule.
Now all you need to do is set the date and time for the website page to open at. Click on the left date box to set a date there. Then click inside the click box and input a time.
The page will be set to open once by default. To change that, click the drop-down menu to selectHourly,Daily,Weekly, orMonth. SelectReserveto set the page to open at the specified time and date.
WebScheduler’s alarm is also set by default. If you prefer not to have that, click theGeneralbutton at the bottom of the extension. Then deselect thePlay alarmbox.

How to Schedule Websites to Open With Task Scheduler
Task Scheduler is a Windows 11/10 utility with which it’s possible to set software packages to automatically open at pre-set times. That utility also enables you to schedule any web browser to open with specific website pages by adding arguments to scheduled tasks. To do so,create a scheduled taskwith Task Scheduler as follows:
Now you will see the task you’ve just set up within Task Scheduler Library. Select the task and clickRunto try it out. It should open the browser and the webpage you’ve scheduled. If the browser is already open, the task will still open the website page within it. That task will automatically open the webpage you’ve configured it to at its scheduled time.
