All good things must come to an end, and the four-hour $120 discount on the Galaxy Watch 5 Gold Edition expired days ago, but it’s still sporting a $100 instant rebate and the same guaranteed $75 trade-in value for “any smartwatch in any condition” while the regular edition Galaxy Watch 5 only has a $40 instant rebate. So even though the Golf Edition is $50 more to start with, it’s still $10 cheaper than the regular Silver, Black, and Pink Gold/Sapphire versions.
Granted, $10 is probably worth the upcharge to get a color other than black, but the Golf Edition being a teeny bit cheaper certainly helps if you need something for the hard-to-shop-for dad in your life. If mine wasn’t already a GolfPad subscriber, I’d be grabbing one of these for him.
