Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriagehas cast two more major characters. The sitcom, which follows the early days of the marriage between new parents Georgie Cooper (Montana Jordan) and Mandy McAllister (Emily Osment), is a sequel toYoung Sheldon, which itself was a prequel to the long-running comedyThe Big Bang Theory. The ensemble cast of theupcomingGeorgie & Mandy’s First Marriagealready includes Rachel Bay Jones and Will Sasso as Mandy’s parents. It is also set to feature cameos fromYoung Sheldonstars Annie Potts, Raegan Revord, and Zoe Perry.
PerDeadline,Jessie Prez and Dougie Baldwin have both joined theGeorgie & Mandy’s First Marriagecastas series regulars. Prez will be playing Ruben, an employee at the tire store run by Mandy’s father who is frustrated by the recent hiring of Georgie. Baldwin will be playing Mandy’s younger brother, Connor McAllister, a misfit who still lives with his parents. The character has been recast, as he previously appeared inYoung Sheldonas played by Joseph Apollonio.
