It’s a strange bug, one that’s likely a glitch withDiablo VI’s UI but there’s no questioning the validity of the discovery since FR0ZENBERG even shared a video of the item in action. Even more bizarre is the fact thatthe item also features a damage reduction affix which shouldn’t be possible on Rare and even Legendary items.
