She revealed that Masina is a girl’s name of Samoan origin and that it means “moon.” It’s also avariant of Salamasina, the name of a Samoan queen.Masina’s middle name has a connection to Kalani’s sister Kolini Faagata and her mom, Lisa. Bee is Kolini’s nickname, and it’s also Kalani’s mother’s “favorite creature.”
